Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: I accept all major credit cards and PayPal. No personal checks. All credit card orders are processed through PayPal but you don't need to have a PayPal account - they just process the card information for me.
Q: How long will it take to get my order?
A: Please keep in mind I handcraft all the jewelry and they are made to order. The time it takes me to make an item can vary depending on what you order. Most necklaces can be completed in 2-3 business days, where my hoops take the longest amount of time - 5-7 business days. These times are before shipping and are estimates. I always send an email confirming your order and letting you know how long it will take me. If you need your order by a specific date, please contact me. If I can speed up your order I will - it never hurts to ask!!
Q: What type of shipping do you offer?
A: I ship everything via the US Postal Service (USPS). Standard 1st class shipping usually takes about 2-5 days depending on where you live. I do offer domestic shipping upgrades - Priority and Priority Express. Upgrading your shipping will speed up the shipping only, not the processing time. International orders are shipped via USPS 1st Class International. I do not offer upgrades for international shipping as the rates are astronomical but can make arrangements if you want to contact me.
Q: If I'm buying an item as a gift can I have it shipped directly to the recipient?
A: Yes! All you have to do is fill in the person's name and address in the shipping section at checkout. If you would like a little note enclosed with the jewelry, just leave me a message at checkout and I'll be happy to do that! FYI, I never enclose invoices or receipts of any kind with the jewelry.
