Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: I accept all major credit cards and PayPal - no personal checks. All credit card orders are processed through PayPal but you don't need to have a PayPal account - they just process the card info.
Q: How long will it take to get my order?
A: Please keep in mind all my jewelry is handcrafted, made to order, and I do all the work myself. It generally takes me about 1-3 business days to make the jewelry before shipping but in times of heavy volume of orders and around holidays it can take longer. I always send an email confirming your order and letting you know how long it will take.
Q: What type of shipping do you offer?
A: I ship everything via the US Postal Service - Priority Mail. It usually takes 2-3 business days for domestic shipping and the Priority International varies depending on the country. All orders have delivery tracking (for International - tracking is available for most countries). You will receive an email from PayPal with all the shipping information.
Q: If I'm buying an item as a gift can I have it shipped directly to the recipient?
A: Yes! All you have to do is fill in the person's name and address in the shipping section at checkout. Also, I never enclose invoices or receipts of any kind with the jewelry.
